Christmas Deliveries : Please note the only days we have availability are Weds 21st, Thurs 22nd and Friday 23rd. If you have opted for Monday or Tuesday in the shopping cart, your gift will be delivered on one of the above days!

All gifts for delivery this week will be left at the recipients address if no-one is home, so please ensure that you check your recipients current address and enter it correctly into the shopping cart to avoid disappointment. If you do not wish for your gift to be left at an unattended address please make notes in the comment section of the shopping cart during checkout. We will not be able to guarantee re delivery before Christmas in these circumstances.

Delivery Fees

We deliver Monday to Saturday during business hours (8.30am to 5pm) to business addresses and up until 7pm for residential addresses and hospitals. There are no deliveries on Sundays other than Fathers Day and Mothers Day.

Gifts can be sent throughout Western Australia via Australia Post or Courier. Size restrictions do apply in the case of Australia Post and there are some restrictions for courier services also. Please contact us to discuss before placing your order.

Gift Basket Delivery Terms and Conditions

Wherever possible we deliver our gifts using our own vehicles, however we also use a variety of couriers including Fastway, Australian Air Express and Australia Post.

  • Deliveries are between 8.00am and 7pm, workplaces by 5pm. We do not deliver on Public Holidays or Sundays with the exception of Mothers Day and Fathers Day. For Perth deliveries please ensure that someone will be home to receive your gift as a redelivery fee may be incurred. Alternatively please consider having your gift delivered to your recipients work place.
  • You can provide us with instructions to leave the gift somewhere suitable if you know the recipients are not going to be home. However in these circumstances we do not accept responsibility for any damage or spoilage that occurs after we have delivered the gift.
  • Delivery can be made to workplaces, residential addresses, hospitals and hotels and a signature is required upon delivery. Remember to provide the name of the business as well as the address together with department/section names and floor details. In the case of hospitals, please provide hospital name and contact number as well as floor and ward names and numbers.
  • Gifts delivered by couriers require a signature as proof of delivery. Gifts containing alchohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 18 years and the courier may ask for proof of age if in doubt.
  • If the recipient is not available in person at the delivery address but a suitable signatory such as a receptionist is willing to take delivery on behalf of the recipient, the courier will obtain a signature as proof of delivery and leave the gift at the delivery address.

Preferred Gift Basket Delivery Times

We are unable to accommodate a preferred delivery time as couriers work to their own scheduled runs, however you are able to order in advance and choose a preferred delivery day. In this case Gift Baskets Galore will dispatch your gift with sufficient time for your gift to ordinarily be delivered on your preferred day. Although we do our best, sometimes circumstances arise, that are outside of our control and therefore we do not provide a guarantee that your gift will be delivered on the day requested. Failure of your gift to arrive by your preferred date does not constitute a failure of our agreement to deliver your gift and therefore does not entitile you to cancel the order after it has left our premises neither does it entitle you to a refund.

Special Delivery Requests

You are able to make a note of any special delivery requests such as " if no-one is home please leave with neighbour at no 2". Please note however that our couriers are not able to accommodate requests such as "please call before delivery" or "deliver between 1-3pm."

Although Gift Baskets Galore will pass on any special requests we do not give any guarantee that the courier on the day will be able to comply with those requests. 

During the checkout process you can advise us to leave your gift at the address if your recipient is not home, however Gift Baskets Galore take no responsibility for theft or damage after the gift has been delivered if you choose this option.



Incorrectly or Insufficiently Addressed Items

Please provide as much information as possible when entering the recipient's address details as any incorrectly addressed or insufficiently addressed items will incur a redelivery fee to the same value of the original delivery fee.

Non Delivery of Gift Basket

If delivery cannot be completed for whatever reason, for example, the recipient is suddenly admitted to hospital, the consignment, at the request of the purchaser may be redirected to an alternate address by contacting Gift Baskets Galore as soon as the situation arises. A redirection fee will be charged by the courier and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed by the courier, the consignment will eventually be returned to Gift Baskets Galore. The Courier, will charge for returning the gift to Gift Baskets Galore and any further delivery arrangements made on its return, will also attract another delivery fee. These fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the recipient's correct address details have been entered in full on our website. 

Missing Gifts

If the recipient has not received the gift within the appropriate time frame provided, it is up to the purchaser to contact Gift Baskets Galore to advise of non delivery. We will then contact our couriers and ask them to locate the gift and advise the expected delivery date. In the event that the courier company inform Gift Baskets Galore that the gift is in fact missing, we will issue a replacement gift or provide a full refund of the value of the gift and the delivery fee.

Christmas Gift Basket Delivery

We suggest that you order in advance wherever possible to ensure delivery by the preferred day. Both Gift providers and couriers are working with significantly increased volumes which can cause delays.
