Are your prices in Australian Dollars or US Dollars?
All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST for Australian Taxation purposes.
I live outside of Australia but would like to purchase a gift basket to be sent to a family member living in Australia, can I do this?
Yes, we take overseas orders especially form clients looking to purchase our British Gift Baskets for relatives living in Australia. You can order as normal through our website with the total purchase amount being in Australian Dollars. There is a link to a currency converter on the website in the left hand side menu under the Customer Information Menu which you can use to estimate the purchase amount in your preferred currency. Please note that is an estimation only. We cannot guarantee what exchange rate will be applied to your purchase by the relevant banks, nor advise on any fees that may be charged relating to the conversion.
Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
Yes you can, however we suggest you read our delivery terms and conditions, which can be accessed via the delivery tab at the top of the page.
Can I arrange a gift to go overseas?
At this point in time we only deliver within Australia.
I have received a gift voucher, can I redeem it for cash?
No unfortunately our gift vouchers are non redeemable, please refer to our Customer Information Page which details the procedure for redeeming Gift vouchers.
There are a couple of items in the Gift Basket that I would like to change, can you accommodate this?
Yes we are happy to make any changes, please use our contact page to advise which items you would like to change, or alternatively contact us by phone and we will be happy to assist. Once we have confirmed that we can accommodate your request, you can proceed with your purchase as normal and add a comment confirming your changes in the comments/special instructions box at checkout.
