General Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of an order and a full refund will be provided. We cannot however accept a cancellation once an order has left our premises.
Business Hours
Although orders can be placed on our website 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, we work normal business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm.
Orders received after 5.00pm WST on a Friday and over the weekend, will be processed on a Monday (or next available business day if there is a Public Holiday) for overnight delivery the following working day. For example an order received on Saturday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All orders received on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next available business day for overnight delivery the following day. For example, Monday is a public holiday, therefore your order will be processed on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
On normal business days orders received by 5pm WST will be delivered next day unless a preferred delivery date has been requested as outlined in our delivery terms and conditions. We may be able to offer same day service dependant on delivery location, but suggest you contact us by phone to confirm availability.
Product Availability
If the product is available on our website it is generally in stock and an automatic "out of stock" message will apppear once all stock of that product has been sold. However, systems are not always foolproof and in the unlikely event that we become aware that an item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product, cancel your order or wait for availability. For individual hamper and basket items that are out of stock, we reserve the right to substitiute the item with a similar product of equal value and quality.
GST/ GST Invoice
All prices quoted on this website include 10% GST for GST Purposes upon checkout a GST invoice will be created and emailed to the purchaser.
Privacy Policy, Collection and Use of information
Gift Baskets Galore will only collect personal information necessary for the purpose of providing a gift service to the purchaser upon the purchasers decision to buy. We respect our customers privacy and under no circumstances will we sell, rent or loan this information to anyone.
When paying via credit Credit Card, Gift Baskets Galore will not have access to your personal credit card details as they are not requested or recorded on our website. Credit Card Facilities are provided by our service provider Paypal. All payments are processed via Paypal's payment gateway as part of our checkout procedure, which is held on a seperate secure server from Gift Basket Galore's website providing maximum protection. You do not need a paypal account to be able to pay via paypal's payment gateway, all you need is your credit card details.
Item Description
Please ensure your read the full item descritption prior to making your purchase as this conveys the items included in the gift basket or hamper. For presentation purposes we may display wine glasses, serving platters and so on, which may not be included with the gift.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure our gifts arrive at their destination in optimum condition. Therefoire where necessary we package your gift in an outer protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Although we take great care, unfortunate events do happen and damage can be sustained. Most companies do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit, however we at Gift Baskets Galore, will replace any item that has been broken on a case by case basis at our own discretion.
