Track and Trace
Most of our gifts are sent via Australian Air Express or Fastway Couriers. You will have received a confirmation email containing a consignment number if your gift has been sent by one of these providers. Simply click on the relevant link and enter the consignment number provided in your email.
If you did not receive an email containing a consignment number, your gift has been sent by an alternate delivery method. If your gift hasn't arrived you will need to contact us so that we can investigate on your behalf. Our contact details can be found on our contact page together with a formatted email for your use.
